Sapphire Vehicle Services, in proud partnership with Rightech, was delighted to welcome customers to a vibrant and insightful Customer Engagement Day at our Basingstoke depot!

Blessed with glorious sunshine, the event brought together industry professionals and valued clients for a day of innovation, connection, and hands-on experiences. Customers were given an exclusive look into the latest advancements in Sapphire’s Vehicle Services workshops, and the all-new Rightec Electric Truck! 

Our customers had the opportunity to tour the Sapphire depot and workshops, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at how our operations come together to deliver industry-leading fleet maintenance. Customers were particularly impressed by the professionalism, organisation, and cleanliness of the working environment — reinforcing their confidence in the high standards with which our client’s fleets are maintained.

A major highlight of the day was the opportunity for our customers to ride and drive the Rightect Electric truck — an experience that sparked excitement and left many smiling faces across the depot! The feedback from this latest electric innovation within the transport industry was nothing but positive; this new EV left customers excited for the future to come for electric technology.

Throughout the day, our expert teams showcased the future of sustainable transport and the role Sapphire Vehicle Services and Rightech are playing in leading the EV transition.
