Working in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Abi has built a successful career through resilience, determination and a passion for leadership.

As Depot Manager, Abi leads a skilled team focused on collaboration, problem-solving and continuous improvement, helping to keep vehicles safe, reliable and on the road.
Abi is also passionate about encouraging more women to consider careers within the industry.
