We don’t just offer a job; we offer a 12-month career transformation. We understand that the transition from light to heavy vehicles requires expert guidance, which is why we provide a structured, full-time training pathway that allows you to earn while you learn.
Paid Professional Training: Join us as a full-time employee from day one and receive six weeks of expert classroom training over a twelve-month year.
IRTEC Accredited Status: Graduate from our programme with a prestigious IRTEC accreditation, proving your status as an elite heavy vehicle expert.
Hands-On Mentor Support: Combine classroom theory with real-world workshop experience, supported by the industry’s most experienced truck masters!!

How the 12-Month Programme Works
Our upskilling scheme is designed to bridge the gap between your existing mechanical foundation and the specialised world of HGV maintenance.
Block Learning: You will attend six 1-week blocks of intensive classroom training covering everything from Chassis and Electronics to Diagnostics and Transmission.
Workshop Integration: Between classroom sessions, you will return to your home workshop to apply your new skills to our fleet of over 28,000 trucks and vans.
Expert Mentorship: You will be guided by our training managers and senior technicians, ensuring you have the support needed to pass your final IRTEC reviews.
